After the winter hibernation it is vital that we honour our bodies with a gentle spring clean as our ancestors would have done. We will talk about what nature has to offer us from local herbs to support our liver and detoxification pathways., we will perform gentle movement exercises to assist clearing and balancing our meridian pathways and allow the art of intuitive and fun conversations to help lift the soul and listen to our soul purpose.
