Our  services combine holistic practices to deliver the best care for mind, body, and spirit for all the family, both young and old.

As far back as I can remember I had a keen interest on how the body healed itself and the effects of all kinds of stress on the body .  After studying Anatomy and Physiology in Scotland I pursued Physiotherapy in Manchester where I further studied biomechanics and effects of disease on the neuromuscular system. This wonderful career has taken me all over the world where I had some amazing experiences which enriched my life and overall Wellbeing.

Since starting my own family over 10 years ago I have taken a particular interest in womens health and am an advocate for female fertility, breast health and pelvic health. I strongly believe in womens empowerment and self care as I believe the life/work balance is the source of success and happiness.

Life is a Journey not a destination..

After the winter hibernation it is vital that we honour our bodies with a gentle spring clean as our ancestors would have done. We will talk about what nature has to offer us from local herbs to support our liver and detoxification pathways., we will perform gentle movement exercises to assist clearing and balancing our meridian pathways and allow the art of intuitive and fun conversations to help lift the soul and listen to our soul purpose. After the success of our Winter Wellbeing evening and wonderful feedback we look forward to gathering at this wonderful time of the year when new life begins.
